“So I’ve been thinking about moving from Los Angeles to Portland, Oregon. I’ve been to Los Angeles, but it’s way out in the country and far away from the cities. I could just stay in a hotel. But I love the city a lot and could really see myself living there for a while. I was considering going as far as New York City, so Portland is a big city, but I wasn’t seeing much of it. I really wanted to see all the things I already saw in Los Angeles (with its amazing museums and amazing restaurants) and also look for newer things I might like while I was there.
So, I’ve been talking it over with my friend. He’s in the Air Force. But at the moment he’s stationed in Ohio, he didn’t tell me, because he thought it would be too difficult, for him and his family.
